In 1924, Fouad M. Nakadi laid the cornerstone of the company,
dedicated to the import and sale of Italian agricultural machinery within Lebanon. This marked the genesis of the commitment to excellence in the agricultural sector.
In 1953, Aref A. Nakadi assumed ownership of the company from his relative, broadening its scope to include the importation and sale of tractors, cultivating machines, and olive presses. The transition continued in 1971, as Marwan A. Nakadi and Safwan A. Nakadi succeeded their father at the helm.
Amidst the Lebanese civil war's turmoil, the company thrived. Despite challenges like store arson in 1975 and looting in 1983, the company secured exclusive dealerships for renowned brands like Toselli, Agrifull, Itma, and others. In 19+81, Safwan A. Nakadi took the helm after his brother's passing, steering the Nakadi company to success.
In 1987, necessitated by circumstances, the company relocated and embarked on a journey of rebuilding. . In 1990 Goldoni bought Itma and entered the crawler market. Since then the Nakadi company became the dealer of Goldoni in Lebanon, a partnership that endures to this day .
Having supplied over 2000 tractors, olive presses, implements, and engines across Lebanon, the company experienced a shift after the passing of Safwan A. Nakadi in 2007. The focus transitioned to spare parts and maintenance, signifying a period of strategic adaptation and consolidation, ensuring continued service excellence amidst evolving market dynamics
Under the stewardship of Amin S. Nakadi, the Nakadi company is poised for a new chapter. Building on the legacy of predecessors, the company is committed to advancing while prioritizing sustainability and renewable energy in agricultural machinery.
